Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Mikiguiki streaming platform ("Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept this agreement.
2. Definitions
"User" means any natural person who creates an account and consumes content.
"Subscription" means an auto‑renewable plan that provides access to premium content for a recurring fee.
"Content" includes movies, series and any other audiovisual material available on the platform.
"EULA" refers to Apple's standard Licensed Application End‑User License Agreement.
